Perform this step for each room, and while you are at it, consider how often you would ideally clean each room. At this point, you should just write down everything in its entirety.
Organize the tasks based on their frequency
The next thing that needs to be done is to design a strategy to organize chores according to how frequently they need to be done. This makes more sense since it is simpler to allot time for them, and it provides you with a far better understanding of what you will need to do each day, each week, each month, and so on.
No one approach is superior to another, and the frequency with which you complete various activities is totally up to you. Keep in mind that your routine should be convenient for YOU. While many cannot feel at ease unless they have dusted each day, others are content to let it go for a week.
Prioritize tasks on your list
Now is the time to examine the duties and determine which ones can actually be accomplished. Our tendency to overestimate what we are capable of doing in a given period of time always leads to feelings of a letdown. When something like this occurs, we are said to “fall off the wagon,” and it can be difficult to find the motivation to start over again.
